As a co-owner and stylist at Bella Style Salon with 10 years of experience in the industry, it’s my passion to make sure that you not only look your best but feel confident and beautiful as well. Our people-first approach ensures that everyone on our team is fulfilled, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-end results. I’m committed to constantly elevating our standards and providing you with exceptional experiences that will exceed your expectations.
Tiffanie Landa
I kickstarted my career with Bella Style back in 2015, and I’m proud to say that it has brought me immense growth. As one of the co-owners and stylists, I take immense pride in sharing my story with our team and community. Drawing from my personal experience, I’m fiercely passionate about propelling my team towards realizing their full potential. As far as my team, guests, and salon are concerned, I’m driven to achieve nothing but the very best. And I’ll never stop striving towards that end.

In 2009, at the tender age of 24, I embarked on an ambitious journey by founding Bella Style Salon. This venture wasn’t just a business for me; it was a labor of love, a place where artistry and passion for hair styling converged. Over the span of 15 remarkable years, the salon didn’t just grow; it thrived, becoming a beloved part of our community and a beacon of style and innovation in the beauty industry.
Kayli and Tiffanie joined our Bella family eight years ago as emerging stylists. Their journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Their commitment to excellence and their vision for the future of Bella Style Salon have been evident in every aspect of their work.
I step back with immense gratitude and confidence, knowing that Bella Style Salon is in the most capable hands. As I watch Kayli and Tiffanie take the reins, I am excited to see how they will propel the salon to new heights while maintaining the essence of what makes Bella, Bella. Their leadership marks a new era for the salon, and I am certain that their journey will be as fulfilling and successful as mine has been.

Lorrie Kauwe
Our sweet Lorrie lost her battle to cancer in November 2020. She forever changed our lives and The Bella Girls will never forget Lorrie.
It is our mission to carry on Lorrie Kauwe’s name and legacy. Being a hairstylist was her passion, and it made her so happy. We wanted to honor her by creating this foundation to help provide financial aid to individuals who are deciding to attend cosmetology school. We are working closely with the Aveda Institutes to ensure that 100% of these donations are distributed to the students most in need.
Our dream one day, is to have the Lorrie Kauwe Foundation grow bigger than we can possibly imagine, and provide a full-tuition for a cosmetology student. We know that would make her heart light up so much.
